This messaging program sends appointment confirmation, appointment reminder, and customer support messages to customers who have requested service or booked an appointment with FOREVER Exteriors LLC through the chat widget on our website at https://foreverext.com/ and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.
Opt-in is collected through the website chat widget, which presents clear SMS consent language and requires the visitor to affirmatively agree before submitting a phone number.
