FOREVER Exteriors is a family owned and operated roofing and home exterior company serving the states of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Wisconsin, with future locations on the horizon.

Our FOREVER Fleet is a strong team of individuals who take their careers seriously. Customer service, communication and reputation are more than “good sounding words," they are a way of life here at FOREVER Exteriors.

Mark Barth

I like to keep things simple & efficient.

Character & integrity matter in my home life and in my work.

Growing up in the Midwest, we endure some of the harshest weather in the country. Products installed stand the test of time and endure the elements. My goal is to bring my knowledge of that market nationwide.

Randy Prather

I have been in this business for 19 years, knowing and building homes from the ground up. I wanted to be an expert in one area of the process and exteriors is where I landed knowing that in order to protect your large investment and your family, the exteriors of your home is where everything starts.

I always strive for the best solution in every situation and to always be known as your contractor, never just a contractor.

My focus is on the details. Being in logistics for 12 years and restoration field for the past five. I strive for our clients and team to have a smooth and successful process from start to finish. Creating material orders, to having the best crew onsite for the job. While working with every client to accommodate your needs and to ensure FOREVER satisfaction. Throughout my life, from Wisconsin ~ Dallas ~ Chicago ~ Denver ~ Washington DC, all of my career choices had something in common - Integrity & Honesty.

Now, at the “peak” of my life (with my husband, grown kids and many grandkids) FOREVER Exteriors is a perfect match, as Integrity & Honesty are just some of the many qualities that set them above others.

BLAKE HARVEY

I was born and raised in Georgia. I’m married to a wonderful woman and we are raising three amazing children. I have been in the roofing and insurance business since 2017 and have enjoyed every minute. Excited to work for a company like FOREVER Exteriors who share the same passion for helping people as I do.

I am the Georgia Market Leader for FOREVER Exteriors. Born and raised in Georgia. I am home grown. I graduated from Riverside Military Academy. I married my high school sweetheart and we have an incredible son. Honor, courage and commitment are the core values in which I live by. They have been instilled in me since serving as a U.S. Marine. I promise to help and guide my community, by providing them with an everlasting forever exterior.

Paul CHIPPENDALE

I am the Wisconsin Market Leader for FOREVER Exteriors. My wife & I work together and reside in Chippewa Falls with our 3 sons.

Originally from the U.K, my family moved to Georgia in 2010. Upon relocation, I continued working in the construction industry in which I’ve worked for over 20 years.

Honesty and integrity are values I live by personally and professionally. I work hard to make sure each customer is happy and every job is completed in a timely and professional manner.

JAKE & JENNIFER MCMAHON

Having a combined experience of over 30 years in the customer service industry for both exteriors and interiors we understand the complexity and sometimes even the frustration that comes along with making improvements to our most valued asset, our homes. Our goal is to provide our customers with the most painless and stress free experience possible by offering the best products on the market and having them installed by our highly skilled and experienced professionals.

NICK KANSAGRAD

I was born and raised in Georgia and spent 20 years working as a mechanic, including 7 years managing a shop. I decided to transition into the roofing and exteriors industry, where I found the perfect fit with FOREVER Exteriors. Helping people has always been my passion, and I believe honesty and integrity are essential in everything I do. I’m blessed with an amazing wife and two wonderful kids who inspire me every day. I also enjoy working outdoors, which makes this field even more rewarding.

KARL BLOOM

Trustworthiness and integrity are values I am very passionate about bringing to friends, family, and clients. My goal is to make sure you are comfortable, well informed, and completely satisfied with your Forever Exterior from start to finish. I strive to educate homeowners in The Triangle area, and members of the surrounding communities on exterior services. We start with a step by step process of our services, and proceed with our expert knowledge of the highest quality exterior materials. Together, we find the best solution to protect the integrity of your home.

JOSH HALEY

I’ve lived in GA most of my life and I spent the better half of a decade making a living in the hospitality industry. By paying attention to the details and finding a way to give everyone I came across an amazing experience, I eventually got really good at finding out what was important to people and what mattered most. It eventually led me into selling real estate for a few years which gave me the opportunity to continue to become even better at figuring out what was important to my clients and making it happen.

Joining the team at FOREVER Exteriors aligned perfectly with what I had already mastered over the years and I feel blessed to be able to keep doing what I love with a company that wants to leave their customers with a product and experience they will remember forever.

We were both born and raised in Dawsonville Georgia. We’re high school sweethearts! Trust, Dependability, and integrity are huge values of ours, we love to make a difference no matter how big or small! Our goals are to be more than just a normal contractor, we want to be someone you can trust and understand that we will do everything we can to ensure you’re taken care of! Together we love helping people. We’re both huge outdoorsmen, we love to get out and explore the world, which includes meeting amazing people on the way. HAROLD MILLER

I was born and raised in Northwestern Wisconsin. I have always had a love for adventure and the outdoors. I have the great pleasure of being married to my amazing wife Jacqueline since 2008 and raising three great kids ages 7-13. Faith and family are my life‘s anchors. When I’m not at home with my family, I truly enjoy working with people to help them understand the current conditions of their home’s exteriors, and when necessary being able to help them develop a plan. To both protect and visually enhance the exterior of their largest asset. Their home. I love that as a project manager I am able to walk through the process with my clients from beginning to end and see the end result of so many homes being transformed and protected.

Born and raised in North Georgia! I’ve always been a huge people-person. I love making a positive impact on those around me. With my experience as a licensed insurance representative & background in customer relations, my goal is to protect and help you. From Tennessee, originally, but have been in the North Georgia area since 2008. Brand new to FOREVER Exteriors but I’ve quickly found them to be an integrity-driven, transparent, and family oriented company that I could trust with my own family’s home needs. As your contractor, I focus on providing honest guidance, thorough inspections, and quality workmanship to make the restoration process simple and stress-free. My goal is to help homeowners protect their investment while delivering exceptional service from start to finish.

Chad Longanecker

I was born and raised in northwestern Wisconsin. Through more than a decade of serving in the US Army and a career in construction and project management, I have developed the expertise and tenacity to take on projects of all sizes and deliver exceptional results. I strive for clear, honest communication and to be the professional you trust with the safety and comfort of your family or business.

WESLEY MOORE

I am hard-working and results-driven. My extensive background in sales has given me excellent communication skills. Through my experience, I strive to achieve the absolute most for my customers. The knowledge I have comes through solid leaders in the industry. Creating lasting relationships matters, and I strive to deliver more than expected.

JORDAN BRUST

With over 12 years of hands-on experience across a wide range of building and installation projects. I have developed a strong, well-rounded skill set by working on diverse types of construction, from general builds to specialized installations. I am known for my reliability, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving abilities, I take pride in delivering quality work and adapting to the unique demands of each project. My broad experience allows me to approach challenges with confidence.

ADAM LOCKE

A decade in the construction business has taught Adam how to communicate effectively and build a flawless project. Gifted with an athletic build, undeniable good looks, and a healthy dose of sarcasm. When he’s not keeping job sites running flawlessly, he stays athletic by beating people up (purely as a hobby, legal teams relax ) and navigating life as a busy husband and dad to four kids. He claims the martial arts training is just a hobby, but it's also excellent prep for dealing with a household of six.

I am the Media Artist and Marketing Director at FOREVER Exteriors. I have loved every minute creating the FOREVER Exteriors brand and watching it grow.

I know I was created to create. Art has been my lifelong passion. Whether it be pencil & paint, graphic design or video editing, I find inspiration and beauty in the everyday.

Working alongside my husband, I respect the integrity, efficiency, attention to details and the heart for people that FOREVER stands for. Our team is absolutely wonderful; made up of exceptional people and families we are blessed to work alongside. I strive to showcase that in any and all things that carry our FOREVER brand.

JENNA ReMALEY

Greetings! Hailing from the dynamic Jersey Shore and currently thriving in Atlanta, I bring a wealth of experience and a multifaceted skill set to the business arena. Armed with a business degree with a concentration in accounting, my journey led me from a successful stint as a CFO to a real estate enthusiast. With my real estate license in hand, I've delved into investment ventures while overseeing flips and new builds. Specializing in guiding businesses through consulting and financial intricacies, I've become known for my hardworking, self-motivated, and loyal approach, peppered with a dash of humor. I am excited to bring more than seven years of experience in maintenance dispatching and operations management to the FOREVER team. I enjoy the fast-paced nature of coordinating teams and helping operations run efficiently. A lifelong Georgia resident, I enjoy traveling, exploring the outdoors, and experiencing different cultures and parts of the world.

NIKI CHIPPENDALE

I'm Niki Chippendale, the Office Administrator at FOREVER Exteriors, where I keep the team organized and the office running smoothly. I've known Mark for about seven years and officially joined the FOREVER family earlier this year. Originally from Great Britain, I moved to the U.S. over 15 years ago with my husband and eldest son. We settled in Georgia, added two more boys to our family, and eventually made the move to Wisconsin-where my husband now leads the market for FOREVER and my oldest son is part of the sales team. We like to keep it in the family. When I'm not working, I enjoy reading, cooking, and hosting family game nights.
