“…Hands down, the Board voted unanimously in choosing FOREVER Exteriors, and are we glad we did!
FOREVER Exteriors’ on-site management and supervisory team that you have developed was exceptional. We could not have had any better support and guidance than what was delivered by Wesley Moore, Paul Hofmann, and RC Carithers.
The challenge of removing 106 roofs and installing new GAF shingles on 106 townhouses in less than 2 weeks was amazing. Communication with the property owners is key and that’s where your company excels.

“I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for FOREVER Exteriors, who recently completed all siding & partial roofing on our last 4 multifamily projects. These projects consisted of 4 buildings 3-4 stories each, totaling around 150 apartment units.
From the outset, the FOREVER Exteriors Team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and deep knowledge of commercial siding & roofing systems. Their team managed the project with efficiency, clear communication, and attention to detail that is often difficult to find in large-scale construction work.
The scope of our project required not only precision and quality craftsmanship but also strict adherence to our timeline and safety protocols. FOREVER Exteriors delivered on all fronts.
Their crew maintained a clean and secure worksite, and every interaction with their staff was courteous and solution-oriented. The final product exceeded our expectations.
The siding & roofing installation has displayed the high quality first impression and long-term durability we look for in our projects and we’ve received positive feedback from both tenants and visitors.
I confidently recommend the FOREVER Exteriors Team for any commercial siding & roofing needs. Their commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction makes them a
valuable asset to any construction project."
“I worked closely with their team throughout the project and was extremely impressed by their professionalism, expertise, and exceptional quality of work.
A key highlight of our experience was the on-site supervisor at all times, which ensured the project ran smoothly, adhered to safety standards, and was completed on schedule. The team's attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right were apparent from the start.
FOREVER Exteriors not only responded quickly but went above and beyond to address these concerns, ensuring the roof remained structurally sound and fully operational.
FOREVER Exteriors stands behind their work with a workmanship warranty, providing us with confidence and peace of mind in the long-term durability of the roof and gutter system. This warranty reinforces the high level of craftsmanship they bring to every project, ensuring that the work is done to the highest
standards.
We are extremely satisfied with the final results and highly recommend FOREVER Exteriors for any commercial
or residential roofing or exterior projects. They consistently exceed expectations and deliver top-quality solutions.
